- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your request for an exchange or refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

- All items sold during a promotional or sale event are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item to arrange for a replacement or refund.
